1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&Cs") govern the relationship between 55god (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Playeryou", or "your") who accesses, registers for, or uses the services available at55god.cam and any associated sub-domains, mobile applications, or digital interfaces operated by 55god.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the 55god platform, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form part of the legally binding agreement between you and 55god.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 55god platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to real-money withdrawable funds.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real funds from a Player's personal payment method into their55god Account Balance.
• "Eligible Player" means a User who satisfies all age, jurisdictional, and identity verification requirements as set out in these Terms.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any55god services. This is an absolute requirement.55god reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under the age of 21, their Account will be immediately suspended, all winings forfeited, and any deposits refunded in accordance with applicable laws.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether their use of the 55god platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 55god does not guarantee the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction and makes no representations regarding compliance with local laws. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 55god platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by name, address, email address, IP address, payment method, or device fingerprint — will be treated as a violation of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts may be closed without notice, with balances subject to forfeiture.

3.4 Identity Verification

55god reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other point deemed necessary for fraud prevention or compliance purposes. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification. Players who fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may have their accounts restricted or closed.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever changes occur.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.55god will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3 Account Accuracy

Providing false or misleading information during registration, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 55god reserves the right to void all transactions, forfeit all balances, and permanently close any Account found to have been registered with inaccurate information.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

The 55god platform is provided for your personal entertainment and wagering use only. You may not use any automated software, bots, scripts, data mining tools, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform. Commercial exploitation of the platform or its content in any form is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Acceptable Use

By using the platform, you agree to:

• Act in good faith at all times and comply with all applicable rules, policies, and guidelines;
• Use only payment methods that belong to you personally — third-party payment methods are not permitted;
• Wager only funds that you can afford to lose;

5.3 Communication

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

55god currently supports the following payment methods for Malaysian Players: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified in a promotion. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawal minimum and maximum limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of withdrawal.55god reserves the right to revise these limits at any time.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 60 seconds for Players who have completed KYC verification. For first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a specified threshold, 55god may require additional verification documents before processing. Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts held in the Player's own name.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

55god is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant payment environment. All transactions are monitored for signs of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes. We reserve the right to delay, freeze, or reverse any transaction that triggers our compliance protocols, pending investigation. Players suspected of money laundering activities will have their accounts permanently suspended and relevant authorities notified where required by law.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 55god are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time each promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion details. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of associated winings will be permitted.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

55god reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is exploiting promotional offers in bad faith. This includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offseting or hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, and any form of coordinated bonus abuse.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and associated free spins expire 30 days after being credited to a Player's Account. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without replacement or compensation.

7.5 Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions

55god reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in use, unless fraud or abuse is detected.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the 55god platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or operate through licensed live dealer studios. 55god does not manipulate game outcomes and takes no responsibility for third-party technical failures that affect game integrity beyond our direct control.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game's interface. These limits may differ between standard player tiers and VIP Players. 55god reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual Accounts at its discretion.

8.3 Void Bets

55god reserves the right to void any bet placed under eroneous odds or under technical circumstances that resulted in a demonstrably incorrect price. In sports betting, a void result will result in the stake being returned to the Player's Balance. Where an error was caused entirely by 55god's systems, affected Players will be notified.

8.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game's server-side state at the time of disconnection. Where the game engine supports resumption, the round may be completed upon reconnection. 55god is not liable for losses attributed to connection issues on the Player's side.

9. Responsible Gambling

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 55god platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

1. Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through associates;
2. Using automated bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform;
3. Coluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
4. Engaging in any form of cheating, manipulation, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities;
5. Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits or withdrawals;
6. Providing false or misleading information during the registration or KYC process;
7. Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law without acknowledgement of the associated legal risks;
8. Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financial crime through the platform;
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing 55god staff or other Players in any communication channel;
10. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any platform software.

55god reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, to void all associated transactions, and to pursue legal action where appropriate.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 55god platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 55god or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling activities. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 55god.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55god shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors affecting game or betting outcomes;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials;
• Your reliance on information provided on the platform;
• Any tax, regulatory, or legal consequences of your gambling activities;
• Internet connectivity issues affecting your ability to participate in a game or complete a transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law, including in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct by 55god.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations or liabilities already incurred.

13.2 Termination by 55god

55god reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where a Player has violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account poses a compliance or security risk. In such cases, 55god will communicate the decision to the Player by email and will process the return of any verified real-money Balance subject to the completion of KYC requirements.

14. Amendments to These Terms

55god reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect upon publication at55god.cam/terms-conditions, unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which 55god holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to binding arbitration in the first instance.

Players who believe a dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily through our internal complaints procedure may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution channels provided by the relevant licensing authority. 55god will cooperate fully with all regulatory investigations and dispute resolution proceedings.
